Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. We cannot accept returns on used items. For more information, reach out to us at care@cozack.net.
How many days should I expect for shipping?
Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US. Please allow up to 8 weeks for International orders.
Do you ship international?
We ship to select international countries. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.
What if there is something wrong with my product?
If your product is defective please email care@cozack.net for assistance. Packages that arrive with broken lids and damaged drink ware are covered under a limited warranty. We cannot provide returns or exchanges once the drink ware has been used.
